We are looking for skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer for our Support teams in Ostrava, Hradec Kralove, Prague or Chicago.

You will handle incoming tickets from customers and cooperate with fellow support engineers to make sure customer requirements are solved fast and in high quality.

You will be in charge of…

  • Triage incoming customer tickets
  • Daily follow-up of existing tickets to ensure customer is always up to date on current status
  • Address new critical tickets with utmost importance
  • While on evening and weekend duties, be available within one hour to address new critical tickets or system down situations based on received monitoring alerts.

You would help coordinate the fit-out in the next 3 months.

You would be the first point of contact for visitors and believe us, sometimes it can get very busy in the office (we hold trainings, parties, meetings, etc.). You will be also praised for making delicious catering arrangements and restaurant bookings. If you’re interested in event management, you will have an opportunity to plan and assist with quite a few events – just for ourselves or for our customers.

You’re a multitasker? Good to hear! In that case, you will like having a complex travel agenda just for yourself – booking hotels and transfers, flight tickets, car rentals

From time to time you would get some fresh air and go to the run errands.
