You will be our Office Angel. You will support the business by the smooth organization and coordination of office and facility operations. You will deliver great new starters experience by helping them with orientation and local office onboarding process.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Monitor and assure office management activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments and bookings
- Coordinate and communicate with local office suppliers
- Coordinate the company events and teambuilding
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Employee benefits management
- Office administration support including of company assets evidence
What should you have to succeed?
- Experience with the office management or support would be ideal
- MS Office package knowledge
- Positive attitude and the team-player
- Open-minded and creative
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Judgment and problem solving
- Planning and organizing
- Flexibility and reliability
- Administrative management practices and procedures
- Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language knowledge
- Prague, Czech Republic
